Technicians, Engineers, Operators, Electrician, QA QC Inspectors
Quality Assurance Engineer:
1.BS degree in engineering course.
2.Min. 3 years experiences in industrial area as QA engineer
3.Familiar with product standards e.g. ASTM , EN , BS & DIN
4.Good familiar with QMS standards e.g. ISO 9001, API Q1
Quality Inspector :
1. Min. 3 years experiences in industrial area as QC inspector
2. Familiar with product standards e.g. ASTM , EN , BS & DIN
3. NDT certificate & familiar with eddy current is preferable
4. Familiar with universal test machine (UTM) and Spectrometer is an advantage
Production Engineer:
1. Must be diploma or degree in industrial or mechanical.
2. At least 3 years experience in ERW pipe & tube mill manufacturing company.
3. Good knowledge of ERW pipe mill process and familiar with roll setting
4. Equipment monitoring , analyzing , diagnosis and repairing
5. Experiences in field of hot dip galvanizing is an advance
Mechanical Engineer
1. Must be degree in mechanical Engineering
2. At least 5 years experiences in industrial field
3. Good knowledge of Hydraulic & pneumatic systems & applications
4. Experience on tools & jig fixture design
5. Experiences in AutoCAD drawings.
Planning coordinator:
1. At least 3 years experiences in planning coordination in industrial field
2. Planning , scheduling , directing and executing product activities
3. Work with all departments that related to product
4. Direct inventory control system, maintain product data , review and analyze the result of operation
5. Familiar with six sigma control chart is an advance
Purchaser Executive :
1.Good experiences in UAE market
2. Request for quotation, PO creation, PO follower up and following with suppliers.
3. UAE Driver License
Mechanical Technician:
1. Min 5 years experiences in industrial fields
2. Good experiences of maintenance of dynamic & static Equipments
3. Knowledge in break down , preventive maintenance / hydraulic & Pneumatic systems
Electrical diploma
1. At least 4 years experiences in electrical mantenance
2.Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipments and apparatus.
3. Experiences with application of PLC Siemens S***00 & 400 is an advance
Skill operator
1. At least high school grades
2. At least 4 years experiences in ERW pipe manufacturing company
Skill operator
At least high school grades
At least 4 years experiences in field of hot dip galvanizing (preferred in pipe & tube zinc coating)
Skill operator
At least high school grades
At least 3 years experiences on conventional machines ( Turning , milling) and cylindrical grinding machine
Experiences on CNC machine (lathe CNC) is an advance
Skill operator (fabricator)
At least 3 years experiences on arc welding and gas cutting ( cutting with high thickness plates)
To be able to read construction drawings and assemble drawings.
Experiences on MiG welding & brazing is an advance
Helper (Unskilled): 25 people
Age below 35 years old and preferably residing in Abu Dhabi.
