Key Responsibilities:
Travel Desk Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end corporate travel arrangements (domestic and international) including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas.
Negotiate contracts and rates with travel vendors to optimize travel budgets.
Monitor travel itineraries and ensure alignment with company travel policies.
Maintain accurate travel records, expenses, and reimbursements.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding travel-related queries and emergencies.
HR Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with up-to-date information.
Address employee grievances and act as a bridge between employees and management.
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Support payroll processing and handle HR-related doentation.
Assist in policy development and ensure adherence to HR regulations and labor laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in both travel coordination and HR management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
