Analyze company cash balances on a daily basis to assess its liquidity levels and ensure healthy financial operations and optimal utilization of funds in the business operations
Determine the procurement of funds and monitor investments and collections
Evaluate funding needs and capital structure requirements and leverage the treasury capabilities
Maintain short term and long-term cash forecasting while evaluating cash flow trends and variances
Execute and analyze routine treasury transactions such as check runs, cash requirements forecasting and funding
Analyze company's working capital needs, build financial analyses and evaluate risk and provide recommendations to the manager on issues pertaining to working capital management strategies and operations
Provide all disclosures related to Treasury in the financial statements to ensure they are accurate, complete and valid
Analyze the treasury-related data in the general ledger and month-end reporting
Administer and submit the year-end reporting and support internal and external audit requests
Drive compliance in the application of taxation regulations in Emirates Transport to avoid non-compliance with the regulatory standards
Execute the accurate calculation of tax payment dues in line with compliance requirements
Prepare VAT returns within the filing deadlines and in compliance with the UAE VAT laws and regulations
Support VAT audits and coordinate appeals ensuring all data is compiled to support the tax position taken
Prepare and submit all statutory reports, in a timely manner, as per the company policies and guidelines to avoid non-compliance
Perform other duties and special projects as requested

Advocacy of QHSE Requirements
o Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, policies, specifications and standards
o Maintain quality service by rigorously following Emirates Transport standards at the workplace
Finance and Banks Experience
Relevant private and public entities
Education: Bachelor's degree professional certifications
Experience of 4 – 6 years in a relevant field
