Job Description:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Indian Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Oman.
Requirements:
Nationality: Indian
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce ( is a plus)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in Oman or the GCC region
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, busy accounting software or other accounting software
Knowledge of:
Financial statements preparation & analysis
VAT filing & compliance as per Omani tax laws
Payroll processing & WPS
Accounts receivab management
Bank reconciliation & cash flow management
Auditing & reporting as per IFRS standards
Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
Other Requirements:
Must be in Oman or willing to relocate immediately
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Qualifications & Experience:
Nationality: Indian (Preferred due to urgent business requirements)

Experience in industrial, trading, or service-based companies is preferred
Knowledge of Oman VAT laws, WPS, and payroll processing
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books,busy accounting software or any other accounting software
Excellent understanding of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management
Ability to handle accounts payab, journal entries, and balance sheet preparation
Knowledge of VAT filing and compliance as per Oman tax regulations
Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Familiar with audit preparations and coordination
Personal Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
