• The candidate is expected to play a key role in Origination and Execution of Investment Banking transactions.
• The candidate is expected to single handedly source transactions in the KSA market across target sectors of Healthcare, Infrastructure, Consumers, Technology, E-commerce, Energy, Manufacturing etc.
• The candidate is expected to be well-connected with Gulf sovereign funds and Family offices
• The candidate is expected to showcase transactions to the fun offices individually, with full-fledged support from a well-experienced Execution team (already in-place)
• The candidate will receive ample support from the Group Promoters, who are veterans in the Industry with almost 30 years of experience
• Prior work experience in Investment Banking is a must (8-10 years of Investment Banking experience)
• Strong coverage of Client relationships in the relevant sectors is a must
• Track-record of deal closure experience across Private Equity, M&A and Structured Finance Products. (Strong expertise in Equity products is critical)
• Well-networked with all leading Sovereign funds and Family offices across KSA and rest of GCC
• Network relationships with Global Private Equity Funds is a plus.
• Go-getter attitude and Entrepreneurial mindset
Arabic language proficiency is a must.
