ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and encourage guests exiting to return soon.
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
• Awareness of which items are solid out or unavailable daily.
• Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer.
• Present menu to visitors and suggest daily specials.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
