CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING LOGISTIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Excellent command on Shipping / logistic field (Export & Import) required with 5-7 years similar job experience.
· Should have good communication skill both in verbal and writing English (min) to interact with supplie.
· Thorough proficient in MS Office packages is a must (Excel with pivot / Word / PPT / Photoshop / email etc IS MUST)
· Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
· Checking emails and give them appropriate reply.
· Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily follow up for status & documents.
· Very strong follow up with suppliers.
· High degree of multi-tasking abilities and time management capability.
· Soft spoken & well-groomed must.
· Negotiate prices with logistic compani companies and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rate.
· Should know how to switch shipment / documents.
· Should be well knowledge to generate Certificate of Origin from Dubai chamber of commerce etc.
· Preparation of shipping documents as per the destination requirements like Invoi Li.
· Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
· Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
· Handling shipment clearances.
· Tracking and monitoring shipments status on daily basis & update E to ensure on time delivery.
· Forward and follow-up shipment invoices to accounts for payment.
· Develop reports on cargo movements and various operational logistics issues.
· Prepare detailed container tracking stat & MIS reports on weekly basis.
· Develop and execute tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans.
· Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
· Ensure accountable, timely and cost-effective release of peacekeeping cargo along with personnel.
· Coordinate and present logistics support to ongoing land, air, rail and sea operations.
· Should have experience in Dubai custom clearance.
· Ensure logistics requirements take gender-specific needs into consideration.
· Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, funding, substantive units and humanitarian affairs.
· Develop and execute logistics support policy, processes and methodologies to general benefit of all mission units.
· Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
· Involve in technical survey missions for new assignments and pre-deployment corroboration visits to troop contributing countries.
REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferably have bachelor’s degree with attested certificates.
