Our Yachts Charter company is looking for a dedicated Kiosks Salesman. We are looking for someone who is an energetic self-starter who is looking to grow with our organization and be a key member of our team in one of our open territories.
Job Descriptions Summary:
Open and close Kiosk Office and maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of the shift and ensure amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Prepare cruise summary, materials, boarding reports, reservation lists for cruises, and reconcile revenue at the end of the day.
Lead by example while performing all ticket agent job duties.
Resolve guest complaints, settle disputes, refunds, and handle discrepancies
Work closely with the Guest Services Manager and immediately report any customer, staff, or operational issues and needs.
Qualifications:
- With Yachts or travel industry experience.
- Should have experience in customer handling
- With excellent communication skills
- Can speak and understand the Arabic language is a plus
- Can be able to work on flexible timing
- Young, spirited, committed, and sincere
- Pleasing personality
- Must be in Dubai
