Job Responsibilities:
• Report to Division He Head
• Identify & develop new customers& business opportunities and retain customers to achieve business objectives
• Provide professional sales & account management and customer services support to maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers
• Lead and manage regular customer meetings, customer visits to achieve business purposes
• Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve financials KPI
• Conduct financial feasibility studi to evaluate the profitability of the business projec
• Develop effective sales & marketing strategies & solutions, customer presentations & proposals to meet customer needs
• Develop new produ initiatives to grow business
• Plan and develop sal promotional activities to increase market awareness
• Plan and conduct regular marketing research to collect mark to identify industry trend, opportunities & threats
• Plan and manage the annual budget and business reports to monitor business performance
• Closely cooperate and coordinate with internal customers, external customers of different nationalities & culture, and industry communities
• Undertake other job duties as assigned
• Willing to travel overseas for business conferenc (if applicable)
Requirements
• Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant working experiences, preferably in sal management, marketing, business, commercial, or related areas. Relevant experiences in vape distribution, tobacco industry or related areas will be a plus
• Sales oriented and Result oriented
• Strong business acumen, and good numerical & analytical abilities
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Good planning & organization, attention to details, and strong sense of ownership & commitment
• Outgoing, positive, energetic, creative
• Conscientious, self-motivated, confident, hard-working, willing to learn and take initiatives
• Flexible to change and adapt to ever-changing market environment
• Good self-discipline and business ethnics
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Good team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) etc.
• Candidate of less but relevant working experiences and potentials may also be considered
• Good spoken and written English
