Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in business development within immersive technology, advertising, event, or digital marketing sectors, with a strong understanding of the luxury travel, tourism, aviation, and healthcare industries. Prior experience in UAE and the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury travel, tourism, aviation, and healthcare sectors. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
•Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Utilize insights to inform business strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
•Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements and industry standards.
•Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote KAAN Digital Boutique and generate leads. Leverage existing networks within the GCC region to enhance business prospects.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technology, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation.
•Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions. Utilize CRM tools to manage client information and track business development activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Experience: 4–5 years in business development within immersive technology, event, or digital marketing sectors. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in Dubai and the GCC is essential.
•Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury travel, tourism, aviation, and healthcare industries. Familiarity with the GCC market dynamics and client preferences.
•Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
•Networking: Established network within the GCC region's luxury travel, tourism, aviation, and healthcare sectors.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and develop strategies accordingly.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
