We are currently looking for a Russian, Arabic and English-speaking Holidays Manager who can join immediately and with at least 3 years’ experience working in travel related industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ability to create a product line and holiday packages
Promoting and selling Holidays & Travel products, handling leisure related tasks to ensure company profitability and achieving targets.
Handling holiday packages inquiries to the conclusion from the walk-in, corporate clients and online channels.
Log in inquiries for follow through conclusion.
Converting inquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.
To do tele-sales on holiday packages.
Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company’s brochures & destinations.
To promote special itineraries & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.
To participate in trade exp launches or any other promotional event conducted by the tourism board.
To tailor make and customize trip plans, itineraries for Holidays packages as per clients’ requirements.
Knowledge on various Holiday destination in the world.
Negotiation & persuasion skills with clients and vendors.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience as a Holiday Manager.
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree with attested education certificates.
Proficient in Russian, Arabic and English both written and oral. Spanish and other foreign languages is an advantage.
IATA certificate
Other relevant supporting certificates related to leisure travel & auxiliary courses.
Computer literate, excellent in MS Office & other search engines.
Planning, organizing, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Able to use GDS for flights booking, online hotels & rail booking systems for other ground arrangement bookings.
