Position Summary:

A dynamic and ambitious FMCG distribution company, active in high-e F&B products, is recruiting a Fresh-Minded, Experienced and Dynamic Digital Sales Coordinator who is personally motivated, a self-starter and has a positive attitude in difficult situations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The position is responsible for increasing sales efficiencies by coordinating ad processes, organizing creative and credit issues, providing campaign reporting and assisting in other sales processes as necessary.
• Researching online for the best selling platform solutions and selling opportunities
• Researching online and communicating with potential clients for achieving sales
• Generate leads in local markets for the sales team to approach in person
• Promoting products online, monitor and adjust their performance until sales are achieved
• Providing campaign reporting and assisting in other sales processes as necessary.
• Responsible for the ordering, implementation and fulfilment of online advertising campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across international and domestic digital and social platforms.
• Track paid media best practices and industry trends.
• Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth.
• Ability to work remotely in various locations.
• The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals.
• Previous experience in Media, Advertising Agency or Digital / Technology space is highly preferred. Digital Med sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving / analytical skills and computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
• Written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented; ability to complete large volume of work in a timely manner; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage operational processes and experience with web-based operation systems is necessary.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications
