We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations of our hospitality services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, managing service staff, and ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with hotel or hospitality management software (e.g., OPERA, RMS, or similar).
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field (required; Master’s is a plus).
2-3 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, restaurant, cruise, or similar).
Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, customer service, and operational oversight.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
