Job Description

The PAINTING JP , with a BE in Mechanical Engineering and certifications in NACE-II, NACE Level-1, and B-GAS, will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in painting jobs within our Oil & Gas operations. Drawing from a solid foundation of Oil & Gas experience, the individual will spearhead quality assurance and control initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.


Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Oversight: Monitor painting processes to ensure they meet established quality benchmarks and industry standards.
Inspection & Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ascertain the quality and consistency of painting jobs.
Doentation: Maintain comprehensive records, including inspection results, corrective actions, and feedback reports.
Communication: Collaborate with the painting teams, providing clear feedback and guidelines in maintaining quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality data to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance painting quality.
Training & Guidance: Offer training sessions and guidance to painting teams on best practices and quality standards.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all painting operations are in compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Certifications in NACE-II, NACE Level-1, and B-GAS.
Substantial experience in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly in painting operations.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex quality standards in an understandable manner.
