• Prepare and present sales contacts, proposals and other relevant doents.
•Maintain a through understanding of the company's product
•Proven track record in real state sales or a similar sales role.
•Knowledge of UAE Real Estate market, including market trends , property types and legal requirements
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills
•Result - oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets if required.
•Proficiency in English ; Knowledge of other languages is a plus
