The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, with a strong focus on healthcare licensing, business development, strategic recruitment, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the aesthetic or healthcare industry and the ability to manage and improve HR systems while supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Manage the licensing process for healthcare professionals (DHA, DOH, MOH).
Identify and recruit top-tier talent through executive sear.
Support the expansion of the clinic through business development and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
Oversee visa processing, employment contracts, and renewals.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a strategic partner to the management team on all HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare licensing authorities in the UAE (DHA/DOH/MOH).
Strong background in talent acquisition and headhunting for clinical and administrative roles.
Solid experience in HR operations, labor law, and visa processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
