We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel & Holidays Coordinator (Inbound and Outbound) member to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics and operations related to holiday packages, ensuring smooth execution of services.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure necessary resources for our packages.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Address any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the holiday package industry, with a strong understanding of operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and partners.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in the holiday package industry with UAE experience
Languages:
English is a must, Arabic and other languages is an advantage.
