* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat
* Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
* Update relevant authorities with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
* Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
* Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
* English OR Hindi Fluent (If knows foreign Languages it will be an advantage )
*Chat Support Previous experience
* Customer Service Experience more than 2 years
* Speed typing Skills (35-WPM)
* Degree or Equivalent
