As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, explaining our services, and converting leads into bookings. You will also handle follow-ups, maintain client records, and support the clinic’s promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing leads to promote clinic services and offers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments or packages.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with front desk and medical staff for bookings.
Follow up with leads and previous clients to build long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client responses, and feedback using CRM systems.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Handle client inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
Provide information on clinic promotions, services, and payment options clearly and effectively.
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Call Center Agent, or similar sales role (preferably in the aestheti industry).
Strong sales and customer service mindset.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems.
Presentable, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
