Job Purpose:To ensure client enquiries are answered, reservations are recorded correctly and payment procedures are completed.
Principal AccountabilitiesKey responsibilities:
•Respond to client queries
•Promote retail products and services
•Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule
•Conduct confirmation calls
•Conduct check in, check out and payment procedures
•Ensure that the client bookings are done as per the policy.
•Conduct retail sales procedures
•Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
•Manage client profiles
•Prepare daily reports
•Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu
•Reference and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
•Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
QualificationsDegree /Diploma, qualifications in cosmetology or related discipline preferred
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer servi in a service industry

•Telephone system operations
