Front Desk Receptionist Position
Job description
As a Receptionist you will be in charge of:
• Providing professional and customized service to our customers.
• Offering a courteous and efficient service.
• Answering queries and managing complaints.
• Selling memberships and products.
• Receiving payments.
• Managing stock.
• Helping with events organization.
The candidate must have full knowledge of all the products and services offered in the club.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role and area.
• Professional attitude
• Well-organized and friendly.
• Excellent in MS Office.
• Excellent communication (English written and spoken) is a must.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proactive.
• Reliability and Honesty.
• Discretion and respect for the customer.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues and complaints arise.
• Have a strong passion for healthy livi is a plus.
• Comfortable managing new technology apps.
• Previous experience in wellness and sport is a plus.
• Experience managing payments online and offline.
Location: Umm Suqueim Road, Al Barsha.
Full-time job: 9 hrs shift (1 hr lunch break) – 6 days a week duty
