JOB REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, HVAC)
Minimum 12 years working experience with 4 in a managerial role in FM.
Strong leadership skills
Business Development
Budget Management
Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
Perfect command of spoken and written English, Arabic is essential
Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Head of Department and overall in charge of Facility Operations overseeing a diverse
list of high-end facilities managing a multi cultured and multi-disciplined team.
Managing, planning, budgeting and financial management related to building operation and maintenance
Constant review and update of manpower needs for the Operations
Safety management
