Senior Facility Manager
Applicant mus be available in Qatar with a NOC & transferable work Visa.
Must be Arabic Speaker
Semi Government Company.
Salary will be best in the industry in the current pandemic situation.

Position : Senior Manager
Reporting To Project Director
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, HVAC)
 Minimum 12 years working experience with 4 in a managerial role in FM.
 Strong leadership skills
 Business Development
 Budget Management
 Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
 Perfect command of spoken and written English, Arabic is essential
 Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
 KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Head of Department and overall in charge of Facility Operations overseeing a diverse
list of high-end facilities managing a multi cultured and multi-disciplined team.
 Managing, planning, budgeting and financial management related to building operation and maintenance
 Constant review and update of manpower needs for the Operations
 Safety management
